On the subject of Proton, for those interested in Halo Infinite, it sounds like it working on Linux with Proton is going to be a while away. If you turn down "Deformable Terrain Quality" to minimum, it seems to help get around it crashing. However, it seems one eager tester has found a possible temporary solution that works for a few others too. Sadly, Forza Horizon 5 is still having issue on NVIDIA.
